T&C Subscription Agreement: You are entering into a subscription agreement with you or your company for access to all the products and services by CNC DENTAL LAB. Payment and Billing: Monthly dues are billed on monthly basis and are non-refundable. Ledger will be shared to you on 1st day of every month, any kind of discrepancy needs to be pointed out by 5th day of that month. You authorize CNC DENTAL LAB to charge your chosen payment method for the monthly bills due, before 7th of every month. Cancellation and Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, but you will be liable to pay for the pending amount due which may attract interest of 12 percent per month if delayed beyond 7th day of the month. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods or unused services. Use of the Service: You agree to use the service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. CNC DENTAL LAB reserves the right to terminate or suspend your onboarding for any violation of these terms. Intellectual Property: All content and materials provided as part of the subscription are the intellectual property of CNC DENTAL LAB. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without explicit permission. Privacy Policy: Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. Changes to Terms: CNC DENTAL LAB reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated to subscribers. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
